I just want immediate access:
- You can access the application by connecting to the corporate network (CVO, VPN, or Blizzard).
Why am I getting this error?
As part of the Cisco Zero Trust initiative, borderless (VPN-alternative) access to several applications is available if certain requirements are met:
- Your device is managed by Cisco IT (please connect to VPN/CVO/Blizzard to access the link)
- You are running a compliant OS
- Mac: Three latest major version releases allowed
- Windows: Three latest major version releases allowed
- iOS/iPadOS: Available
- Android: Coming soon
- Chrome OS: Not supported
- Virtual machines: Not supported
- Linux: Not supported
- Shared machines: Not supported
- You are using a supported browser: (please connect to VPN/CVO/Blizzard to access the link)
- Mac: Safari, Chrome, or Firefox.
- Windows: Chrome, Edge, or Internet Explorer. Firefox is not currently supported.
- You are running Anti-Malware (Cisco AMP4Endpoints)
- You have encryption enabled on your device
- You have a screen lock password
What if I meet all the above and I'm still getting this error?
- Please open a case with Zero Trust Support from the corporate network (CVO, VPN, or Blizzard).
What if I'm on CVO and can't access that support link?
- Please temporarily connect via VPN to log your case.
What if my Meraki VPN is still failing to pass this error?
- Meraki users will not have Zero Trust enabled on their devices. Users with Meraki-managed devices seeing problems on Meraki VPN, please see self-remediation instructions here, or open a case with Meraki support.
What if I'm a US GOV user?
- Users with GTTS (Government Trust & Technology Services) managed devices please open a case with GTTS support.

Are virtual machines supported?
- Virtual machines - even Cisco-IT-managed virtual machines - are not currently in scope for borderless access
